Eheeemmm...... My dear friend, Feranmi is opening a small outfit called Ni-Fries. It is aimed at promoting and preserving the Nigerian food culture concentrating on local fries such as akara, fried yams, fried plantains, ojojo e.t.c. Happily soon, our very own fav Nigerian fries would be sell-able anywhere in the world, with bright possibilities of storage and efficient door delivery.

All I want to show you is a glimpse of how good akara can look like; careful study of the origin of akara which is actually known as acaraje has brought about wonderful ways this snack can be served.
